At the same time, it aims to provide better logistics services and support to small and medium-sized companies that sell on the platform.</p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A new objective: to reduce the environmental footprint</h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the highlights of this new center is that it integrates energy-saving systems to reduce its environmental footprint. In response to the commitment to achieve zero CO2 emissions by the year 2040, this center was designed with a focus on energy savings. In this way, it aims to obtain an \"Excellent\" rating in the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The heating, air conditioning, and ventilation of the rooms are managed by an intelligent BMS (Building Management System). This provides a comfortable working environment for employees while reducing unnecessary energy consumption.</p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, the building is equipped with solar panels for power generation, as well as bicycle storage facilities to promote the use of bicycles.
