This way, Italian consumers can buy their preferred products, return the products they do not wish to keep and only pay for the products that they do want to buy. The fashion platform aims to offer customers a customised service with this new payment that offers a shopping experience which is tailored to the need of each client. The service will be available for all Italian consumers that buy with a card and "Bank Transfer postponed within 18 days".

The release of this new payment method is another attempt to provide each consumer in each country a unique shopping experience, based on the preferences and purchases desires of these consumers. Ideally, Zalando aims to provide a personalised fashion store where you can find your ideal product, have it delivered where you prefer and pay in a time and way the consumer prefers.
