IGO Promo’s journey represents a perfect example of doing business the right way amid
our current complex and changing times. Founded 75 years ago in the Netherlands, IGO
specialises in promotional products and business gifts and has seen the world shift from
physical mass marketing—using millions of catalogues sent via post services—to online
marketing and e-commerce websites. A company that was built upon a massive use of
promotional plastic products and yet is now determined to pursue a sustainable future by
shifting over 40% of its products to be made using sustainable materials. We spoke with
Michael Brust, Marketing and E-commerce Manager at IGO Promo, to tell us about their
journey.
