CROSS-BORDER MAGAZINE AWARDS 2021

or the second year in a row, we are selecting the best online cross-border
retailers who will receive the official Cross-Border Magazine Award 2021.
FWe categorized the awards by customer experience, logistics, last-mile,
payments, tax & legal and many more. The selection of the nominees was made by
our loyal partners and the jury of the Cross-Border Magazine team.

For us, the most important thing is not only the success stories but, even more
important, the challenges they faced and the moments the companies learned
from. If I study these companies, I see that the most successful players have four
important shared success factors. First of all, they have a long-term strategy and a
clearly studied international roadmap. Secondly, they are capable of raising money
to fund their international ambitions. The third and most important factor is that
they respect the end consumer abroad as much as they respect their domestic
clients. There is no difference! Last but not least, they do not give up when they
encounter problems; they keep going.

As a result of all these criteria, we have selected the following
lineup of winners of the Cross-Border Magazine Awards
2021: KaveHome, LG Electronics, BISSELL, Holland &
COLOFON
Barrett, YourSurprise, Paul & Shark, Karhu and TOM Group.

I am very proud to give my congratulations to all of these
companies, as they are true examples for all the other players
in the market, who can learn from their experiences. That
