            Kathrin Hösl is an outdoor sports
            lover and enjoys spending time with friends
            and family. With a background in business
            administration, she started her career in
            e-commerce in 2011 as the Key Account

            Manager at neckermann.de. In December
            2012, she joined Tradebyte as Head of Sales
            & Account Management. With close to ten
            years of e-commerce field experience and now
            in her role as COO, we talk to her
            about the look of the market and why it
            seems to be a male-dominant field.
