A CELEBRATION OF EXCELLENCE AND A LOOK AHEAD

s we close another remarkable year in the world of cross-border
e-commerce, I want to take a moment to reflect on one of the
highlights of our calendar: the Cross-Border Awards Dinner we hosted
Athis past October. It was an evening filled with inspiration, connection,
and well-deserved recognition. To everyone who joined us, from nominees and
winners to partners and guests: thank you for making it such a memorable
celebration of international ambition and innovation.

A heartfelt congratulations to all of this year’s award winners. Your achievements
demonstrate the creativity, resilience, and forward-thinking spirit that continue to drive
our industry forward. Whether through groundbreaking technology, seamless logistics,
or outstanding customer experiences, each of you represents the best of what cross-
            border commerce has to offer.

As we look towards a new year, I’d like to extend my warmest wishes for a prosperous
and joyful 2026. The months ahead promise to be both challenging and exciting, as
e-commerce continues to evolve at a rapid pace. Sustainability will remain high on the
agenda, with businesses increasingly focusing on reducing their environmental footprint
            while maintaining efficiency and affordability.

We’re also seeing the continued rise of AI-driven
personalisation, helping brands understand and serve customers
across markets more intuitively than ever before. Meanwhile, COLOFON
the expansion of direct-to-consumer models and the growth of
alternative payment methods will further reshape how shoppers
            interact with global brands.
