DELIVER is pleased to announce today a knowledge partnership with PwC for its 2021 edition, to answer what choices retail executives should make to be successful in retail. The rapid pace of innovation in e-commerce, logistics, and retail is driving organizations to transform their operations and mindset. PwC has been chosen to allow the DELIVER community to analyse the current situation of our industry on an innovative angle and have a global and clear vision of it.

Amsterdam, August 12th 2021 – DELIVER, a fast-growing leadership event that managed in 5 years to become Europe's premier community for e-commerce & logistics, will hold its in-person flagship event on 6+7 October in Amsterdam. DELIVER 2021 will gather 1000+ decision makers of retail with 80 of the most innovative key players in logistics who will meet during 3500 pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings. DELIVER is not only the place where deals happen but also, where meaningful discussions about latest trends in our ecosystem are initiated through interactive workshops and masterclasses sessions. Partnering with PwC will be an opportunity for DELIVER to bring another kind of content to feed exchanges.

PwC brings deep industry experience, a broad range of business services and cutting-edge client insights. Together, PwC and DELIVER will help retailers evaluate their focus compared to others, on the success factors identified for future e-commerce in retail. A retail survey will be sent to the DELIVER community in the coming days and the findings will be released during one of the 12 Masterclasses during DELIVER 2021 in Amsterdam.

Understanding the new world in retail and logistics, adapting it for myriad uses, and using it optimally are critical to improving growth and success, efficiency and compliance," said Stephane Tomczak, CEO and Founder at DELIVER. "PwC is teaming with DELIVER to offer our joint knowledge and capabilities to the DELIVER community – giving them one place to go, maximizing expertise, talent, and assets from both organizations."

“Our new world requires now, more than ever, a community of collaboration within the retail, e-commerce, and logistics industry to successfully respond to market shifts and disruption.”

said Jennifer Nelen, Partner - Customer Transformation, Consumer Markets at PwC Netherlands. “”PwC is teaming with DELIVER to enable this community to successfully respond to market shifts and disruptions to continuously create sustained value and build trust for businesses, customers, and the broader society”
