The e-commerce market is rapidly growing and continuously evolving. With COVID-19 driving much of the change, it is critical to understand what top performing companies are doing to adapt. Descartes, a global leader in uniting businesses in commerce by providing cloud-based logistics and supply chain solutions, is conducting their Third E-commerce Supply Chain & Logistics Trend Analysis Survey. The goal of the survey is to tap the thoughts and insight of e-commerce vendors and experts on the challenges, strategies and tactics that matter most in this dynamic industry. The benchmark survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Participants can enter their email address if they would like to receive the results of the survey before their official publication. Also, if among the first 100 respondents to complete the survey, participants will be entered into a drawing to win one of two gift cards.
