Following a recent decision by H&M to limit free shipping, Zalando will now no longer ship ordered products for free as a standard. In Spain, Ireland and the United Kingdom, the company starts requesting fees for the delivery of small packages. One of the reasons that Zalando grew big in the past couple of years was their flexible return policy (free up to 100 days).
