When it comes to delivery to German customers, there are the following questions to answer: What is the preferred delivery method? What is important to customers in terms of speed, delivery costs, and the willingness to pay more for more eco-friendly delivery?

Key delivery factors for German customers

For German customers, the cost of delivery is the most important factor, followed by fast delivery and the possibility to choose the place of delivery. 32% of customers surveyed would be willing to pay more for eco-friendly delivery, this puts the Germans far ahead in a European comparison after  Italy.
