Fashion platform Zalando introduces its membership program, Zalando Plus, for selected customers in the Paris area, France. The program offers benefits along the entire customer journey aimed at making shopping fashion online even more convenient.
Customers who become a member of the Plus-program benefit from certain services. There is unlimited free 1-2 day express delivery to their homes, free standard delivery and special offers and discounts. Additionally, Plus members are notified before everyone else when sold-out products in their size are back in stock or when wishlist items are discounted. The fashion platform also offers a faster and more personalised customer care experience. The Zalando Plus program will be expanded to more French customers at a later date.

Meeting the French consumer
In France, Zalando has added exclusive services in order to best meet the requirements of its French consumers. The payment method “Try First, Pay Later” enables customers to try on purchases directly at home and pay only for items they keep. Free mailbox return makes it easy to return items directly in the customer’s own mailbox. The membership of Zalando Plus will cost €9.95 for French consumers.
